Depending on the verse, Victor will be just human, just hound, or both. This will be specified in each separate description of the associated lore channels.Victor is a metalhead portrayed in his mid-twenties. He's a big guy, standing at 8ft tall in hound form, 6ft tall in human form. Somewhat introverted, he is generally pretty quiet and laid back. Depending on the verse, he may or may not be a metal artist. But since I love music, he'll always be a musician in some capacity.Victor's speaking voice claim is Boris Heistand's performance of Alex Taylor from Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix. Meanwhile, his singing voice claim is Manuel Gardner Fernandez of Unprocessed.
Heaven's Scorned
Heaven's most hated non-fallen angel.
Victor Moon is a heavenborn hound, or a heavenhound. Due to the constant harassment on varying levels for not 'looking holy enough', Victor chose make his home in Hell. With Emily's help, he was able to acquire a glamour that would mask his angelic form.Living in the Pride Ring, Victor works as a security guard to make ends meet, though he is pursuing a career in music on the side. Specializing in metal, he produces all of his music himself.
Black Halo
The Pro Hero who wishes he wasn't.
By day, he's the Ferocious Angel, Black Halo. By night, he's Victor Moon, solo musician.In the daytime, he is known as Black Halo. His family is very wealthy, and is heavily invested in Hero society. The regularly make donations to UA, as well as different charities that support Pro Hero work.Victor doesn't want to be a Hero, but he's never told his family that. Both out of fear of losing their approval, and that they might pull the generous funding they provide.At the same time, he spends most nights at a dingy music club where he performs. Even though it's not as glamorous as his life as a hero, he loves it so much more.
Powers/Abilities:
Quirk: Winged Beast || Type: TransformationAllows Victor to transform into an 8 foot tall hound with bulkier muscles, sharp claws, and a pair of jet black wings. This transformation lasts up to 12 hours, or until Victor changes back to human form. If he hits the 12 hour mark, which rarely happens, he'll be burned out for the rest of the day.In this state, he can lift up to 1,000lbs, and can fly as fast as 200mph. However, due to this animalistic change, his anger can be difficult to control.In addition to the physique buffs, he has all the physical attributes of a hound. This includes super smell, hearing, night vision, and enhanced jaw strength.In his human form, he is 6ft even, and of mixed (African/Caucasian) descent. While in peak physical condition, his enhanced abilities are only available in his transformed state.
